What is it about?

Give love and happiness to children (from 2 – 14 years) living in poor families and orphanages by sending them a present for Christmas.

How does it work?

Go to the International Office, grab a shoe box there and fill it with clothes, sweets and school staff, put a sticker on the box to specify if it is for a boy or a girl and for which age group it is. Return it to the International Office by the 14th of November. You can also pack a box together with your friends or flatmates.

What should you put into the box?

Clothes: cap, scarf, gloves, t-shirt, socks, pullover
Sanitary products: toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, comb, vanishing crème
Toys: car, ball, jo-jo, doll, stuffed animal, playing cards (like UNO)
Sweets: chocolate, bonbons (important: no gummy bears, all sweets need to have a best before date in March 2017 or longer)
School stuff: exercise book A5, pencils and coloured pencils, sharpener, rubber

What you must NOT put into the box

Used and broken things (especially clothes), fragile things, groceries, chocolate with bits, anything that contains gallant, soap, shampoo and any other liquids, medicine, literature, sharp and pointed things, wizardry things, anything that can cause fear (e.g. toys with war background)
